1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your SAISEI account dashboard under the Orders section.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
6. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
