What is SAISEI water purification stick?
SAISEI is a portable water purification stick that uses natural mineral technology to create clean, mineral-rich water similar to natural spring water. It is designed for personal use, travel, and outdoor activities.
How long does one SAISEI stick last?
Each SAISEI stick can purify approximately 1,000 liters of water under normal usage conditions. Replacement is recommended when the purification effect noticeably decreases.
Is SAISEI safe to use with any water source?
SAISEI is designed for use with potable water sources (tap water, bottled water). It is not intended to purify heavily contaminated or non-potable water sources. Always use with water that is microbiologically safe.
Can I use SAISEI for my pets or plants?
Yes! SAISEI water is beneficial for pets, plants, and aquarium use. Many of our members use it for their household plants and pets with great results.

How do I join SAISEI as a distributor?
You can register through our website or be referred by an existing member. Choose your membership tier (Starter, Premium, or Enterprise) and complete the registration process. Your upline sponsor will guide you through getting started.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated based on your personal sales volume and the sales volume of your downline network. We offer multiple commission types including direct sales commissions, team bonuses, and leadership bonuses. See our Compensation Plan for full details.
When do I receive my commission payouts?
Commissions are calculated weekly and payouts are processed within 3-5 business days after the calculation period. You must have a minimum balance of $50 and a verified payout method to receive payouts.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, each individual is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track orders in your dashboard under the Orders section.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for complete details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour.
How do I update my KYC documents?
Log into your dashboard and navigate to the KYC section. You can upload ID documents, proof of address, and a selfie for verification. Documents are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours.
How do I set up two-factor authentication?
Go to your Profile page in the dashboard and enable 2FA. You will need an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) to scan the QR code and enter the verification code.
How do I add a payout method?
Navigate to Payout Methods in your dashboard. You can add bank transfers, PayPal, crypto wallets, or Wise accounts. Set your preferred method as default for automatic payouts.
