1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
  • Products damaged during shipping may require photo evidence

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your SAISEI account and navigate to Orders
  2. Select the order and click "Request Refund"
  3. Fill out the return reason and any required details
  4. Ship the product to the provided return address
  5. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Commission Adjustments

If a refunded order generated commissions, those commissions will be reversed in the next commission cycle. This applies to all affected distributors in the upline.
