Where do I find my tracking number?
It's a 10-digit DHL waybill number, for example 1234567890. Here's where to look:
Your shipping confirmation email
We email the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to DHL. Check your spam folder if you can't see it.
Your account, under Orders
If you have a SAISEI account, every shipped order shows its tracking number and timeline in the Orders section.
